I shopped online using my TymeBank card but would like a refund. What do I do?
Refunds are processed by the store you bought from but not by TymeBank. Please refer to the retailers’ Refund Policy to see what steps you need to take.
How do I get a Proof of Banking letter?
You can now get a Proof of Banking letter sent directly to your email address from the app. If you don’t have an email address linked to your account, please add one to your profile by clicking the profile icon and selecting “Change email".
Using Internet Banking, click your EveryDay account and then “Proof of Account”. It will immediately be sent to your email address.
