• Depending on your parcel’s service, follow your parcel on our driver tracking map and see how many deliveries are before your own, or call/ text your driver if your parcel is with your local courier.
• Receive your two hour / collection delivery window if your sender selects this service.
• Chat with our customer service team, who are here to help with any questions you may have about your delivery.
